Compliance
In short
Compliance shows the four things an inspector checks, across your branches: a pharmacist on duty, premises licences, open recalls, and the weekly controlled-drug count.
Who: the owner (every premises) and managers (theirs).
Open Compliance to find and fix these before an inspector does. The tiles count each problem; the tabs list the branches:
- No pharmacist on duty: since when, who's signed in, and who's rostered. These branches can still sell over-the-counter items; prescriptions and controlled drugs are blocked until a pharmacist signs on.
- Licences expiring: premises licences ending within 30 days, or ended.
- Recall: each branch's progress on an open recall.
- Controlled-drug checks: weekly counts that are late.
Call branch rings the branch from its row.
