Warehouse team

The warehouse holds stock for the branches and sends it to them on set days. The supervisor runs replenishment, checks and seals what's picked, and sets the delivery days. Warehouse staff pick, pack and dispatch.

Supervisor

• Pick, check and send: the board, pick lists, checking and sealing, short deliveries
• Delivery settings
• Approve urgent delivery requests in Approvals
• Receive a delivery from suppliers, count stock, stock on hold

Warehouse staff

• Pick, check and send: pick each order by scanning, and dispatch it
• Receive a delivery and count stock

A warehouse never sells, dispenses or sees patients, so it has no Point of Sale.
