Counselling notes

In short

Arrowhead writes advice for each medicine. A pharmacist approves it (or writes their own) once, and it shows at every hand-over in your business.

Who: pharmacists. Settings › Counselling notes.

Review advice

  1. Open Settings › Counselling notes. A notice says how many medicines have advice no pharmacist has approved; choose Review the next one.
  2. Read Arrowhead's advice as a patient would hear it, and choose:
    • Approve Arrowhead’s advice, if it fits how you counsel, or
    • Write your own instead: type Your notes (up to 400 characters) and Save your notes. Copy into your notes starts you from Arrowhead's words.

Check Updated now and then: it lists advice Arrowhead changed after you approved it. The other tabs (All, To review, Approved, Your notes) and Only what we stock narrow the list.

Counselling notes

If there's no approved note for a medicine, the hand-over says so: counsel from the label and your own knowledge.
