In short

Sale Speed shows how quickly each till serves a customer, so you can spot slow tills or staff who need training. Download it as a spreadsheet.

Who: branch managers and the owner.

Open Sale Speed, choose the dates (From, To), and compare the tills: the median time and taps per sale, how many items were scanned or searched, and how often a quick add was used. A till that searches much more than it scans usually has barcodes missing from products, or a scanner not being used. Download CSV gives you the figures.
