Suppliers

In short

Add each supplier with their PCN licence and how to send them orders. Scepter360 won't send an order to a supplier without a valid licence on file.

Who: branch managers, buyers and the owner. Suppliers (managers) or More settings › Suppliers (owners).

Add a supplier

1. Choose Add Supplier.
2. Type the Supplier name, PCN licence number and Licence valid to, the contact person, phone, WhatsApp and Email for orders, how many days they take to deliver, and their payment terms.
3. Save.

On the supplier's page

• Edit details: the address, the licence file, and Refuse below (months): deliveries with less shelf life than this are refused when you receive them. Shelf life between that and 6 months can be accepted with a reason.
• Products and prices: Add a product they sell, with the Price per pack, Packs in a case and their product code. Change Price when it changes.
• New order and Return stock.
• Block supplier… stops orders to them.

If something goes wrong

• "No licence on file: orders can’t be sent until a valid PCN licence is added." Add the licence in Edit details.
